12 Day Cape Town, Kruger & Mozambique Itinerary

Day 1 - Cape Town
Welcome to Cape Town! On arrival you will be met and assisted through immigration, baggage collection and customs and transferred in your private vehicle to The Cape Grace Hotel.

Day 2 - Private Full Day Tour: Cape Peninsula
Today depart of a private tour of the Cape Peninsula. Collected after breakfast and return back late afternoon.

• Explore Kalk Bay – Meet the Resident Seals & Fishing Folk
• Explore – Conservation Walk near Boulders, Simon’s Town
• Explore Cape Point – History, Wildlife & Nature
• Explore – Noordhoek Farm Village with a Cheeky ‘Kick Ass’ Ice Cream or Coffee
• Early Evening Sundowners – Cape Peninsula
• Explore – Cape Town’s most scenic road with all 144 curves of Chapman’s Peak Drive

*Please note that during your morning brief your guide may advise changing the route of your tour to allow for crowds during peak seasons so that you can spend maximum time exploring outside the vehicle.

Day 3 - Private Full Day Tour: Winelands 
Today you explore one of the most scenically beautiful areas in South Africa, visiting fascinating towns and taking a look into off-the-beaten-track farms which revel in their old-world roots and influences.

• Explore – Stellenbosch Village
• Wine Tasting – Tokara Winery
• Explore – Franschhoek, boutique shops, galleries & cafés
• Explore – Wine Tasting & unique experience
• Wine Tasting – Boutique Wine Farm off the Beaten Track

Overnight The Cape Grace Hotel in a Fairmont Harbour View Room (Bed & Breakfast)

Day 4 – Timbavati Private Nature Reserve 
Transfer to Cape Town Airport for the flight *(not included) to Hoedspruit Airport.  You will be met on arrival by your Guide from RockFig Safari Lodge and transfer to Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, your home for the next 4 nights.

Overnight RockFig Safari Lodge  in a Luxury Suite (Fully Inclusive + Activities)

Your stay includes: All meals, local drinks, 2 scheduled safari activities per day, return airstrip transfers and laundry.
Lodge activities include: Game drives and bush walks. Maximum 4 guests per safari vehicle.

Excludes – Conservation Levy

Day 5, 6 & 7 - Timbavati Private Nature Reserve
Three full days to explore Timbavati on the lookout for the Big 5 as well as giraffe, plains game and the big cats. Game drives and Walking Safari are with experienced trackers and Guides. A dip in the pool is a perfect way to cool off and relax in between wildlife viewing and the covered lounge is a comfortable setting to observe the animals who come to the waterhole.

Day 8 - Mozambique
Transfer by road to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for your flight* (not included) to Vilanculos, Mozambique.  You will be met on arrival to transfer to Santorini Lodge.

Settle into your ocean view Suite, home for the next 4 nights.

Overnight Santorini Mozambique in a Suite (Fully Inclusive + Activities)

Your stay includes: All meals, local brand drinks, non-motorised activities, shared return Vilanculos Airport transfers, Wi-Fi and laundry.  Resort activities: kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, beach volleyball and cricket, gym baskets and snorkelling equipment, 2 hour villages and school tour.

Day 9, 10 & 11 - Mozambique
Spend your days at this luxurious property, overlooking the stunning turquoise waters of the Bazaruto Archipelago islands. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and kite surfing can be enjoyed on the mainland beaches from the property.  For snorkelling and diving guests can visit the various coral reefs, by boat, among the islands.  Fishing can also be arranged offsite.

Overnight Santorini Mozambique  in a Suite (Fully Inclusive + Activities)

Day 12 - Departure
Today transfer from Santorini Lodge to Vilanculos Airport for your onward flight and departure.
